A. REGISTRATION

1. How do I register?

To register for ICDDTM’21, please fill in the Conference Registration Form. Once you have paid the registration fee, you have successfully registered for ICDDTM’21.

All participants must register for the conference, including those who are not going to present a poster or give a talk.

2. Which category should I register for?

The ICDDTM’20 registration categories are divided into:

  • Two-Day Conference & One-Day Workshop 
  • One-Day Conference

Participants who register before 31st August 2021 are eligible for the early-bird rates.

If you are a MACR member, you will get a RM 50 discount for the registration fee. Please make sure you choose your registration category carefully.

Please note that for student registration, a valid student ID is required. Students are required to enclose a scanned copy of their student ID during registration for verification purposes.

3. How can I pay my registration fee?

Payment can be made via cheque deposit, electronic fund transfer, or cash to:

4. How do I know my registration is successful?

Once we have verified your payment, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email account.

5. What are the key registration deadlines?

31st August 2021 – Early-Bird Registration Deadline

31st October 2021 – Normal Rate Registration Deadline

8th – 9th December 2021 – Conference Dates

6. How can I cancel my registration?

To cancel your registration, please contact Icddtm21@macr-cancer.org.

Please note: For written cancellations received before 15th October 2021, the cancellation fee is RM 100. Thereafter, no refund will be possible.

7. How do I get a receipt for my payment?

We will send an electronic receipt to your registered email address, once we have verified your payment.

B. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

1. How do I submit an abstract?

Please follow our abstract guidelines (link) and template (link) for the preparation of your abstract. When the abstract is ready, please send it to the scientific committee at icddtm21.scientific@macr-cancer.org.

2. When is the deadline for abstract submission?

31st July 2021.

3. When will I find out whether my abstract has been accepted?

All authors will be notified of the status of their abstracts.

4. How many abstracts can I submit?

An author may submit only one abstract as the first author. However, we do not limit the number of abstracts one can appear in as a co-author.
